Vizualz By Von does not offer refunds, the deposit itself is non-refundable as well as the final payment for your project upon completion. You are entitled to the amount of revisions included in your proposal you were sent before we charge you for any changes. The amount of revisions offered depends on the category of your project (Graphic Design/Video, Web Design, SEO) -- we'd love to make sure you're a happy camper before its all said and done.
